A Multi-Cultural Celebration at Park Winters

Jade + Bhavin’s Park Winters wedding was, as Jade so perfectly put it, “a marathon event,” and it was the most gorgeous marathon we’ve ever seen. Their celebration brought together vibrant traditions, heartfelt details, and thoughtful design, creating a day that was nothing short of unforgettable at this iconic Northern California venue.

From the Bride

Thoughts on Florals: Working with Dixon Florist was such a breeze. I came to Courtney with a scattered Pinterest board filled with every style imaginable—boho, composed, loose, tight—and she made it all feel harmonious. We asked for garlands for the Indian ceremony. No problem. We decided to have not one but two flower arches, one for each ceremony. No problem. Even when my mom came to a meeting asking for more flowers, more, more, Courtney delivered without hesitation. Dixon Florist brought it all together with hanging flowers, lush foliage, and a stunning palette of pinks and whites. It was everything I dreamed of and more against the gardens of Park Winters.

Thoughts on the Cake + Design: We were lucky to work with such amazing vendors who are true artists, and Paper Heart Patisserie was no exception. Since Bhavin and I both love food, we knew we wanted cake flavors that were unique and exciting. Amanda was wonderful throughout the entire process, even allowing us a second tasting when I mistakenly sampled our first round of cake too cold. We ended up choosing three delicious flavors: matcha green tea with pistachio buttercream, elderflower rose lemonade, and raspberry rose coconut.

For the design, I loved the look of naked cakes with floral accents. Amanda sketched five options, and we instantly fell in love with the first. It featured abstract brush strokes, flecks of gold, and a bold hexagon tier. We skipped the cake topper, allowing the artistry of the design to shine. On the wedding day, Dixon Florist added a few beautiful blooms to finish the look, and it was the perfect balance of modern and romantic, perfectly suited to our Park Winters wedding.
