Below is a comprehensive list of details that we manage on your wedding day, included with all wedding planning services.
- (1) hour ceremony rehearsal with officiant, family and bridal party
- Minimum staffing of (3) coordinators
o (1) lead + (2) assistant coordinators - Lunch delivered to the bridal party
- Manage vendor arrival, set-up, and breakdown
- Manage event flow (dinner service, que toasts, first dance, etc)
- Act as vendor liaison and point of contact day of
- Comprehensive setup and breakdown of all personal decor items
- Reserve ceremony for immediate family
- Manage Shuttle Service
- Manage all ceremony details including processional and any additional elements
- Ensure marriage license is signed
- Attend to all Bride and Groom needs throughout the entire wedding day
- Distribute final payments and gratuities on wedding day

Booking this all-inclusive collection means we treat your wedding like our own – no detail big or small goes overlooked. We manage all aspects of the planning process including vendor selection (with as much input as you want to have), planning meetings on your behalf, budgeting, full event design, rsvp tracking, access to our client planning lounge, bridal errands, and so much more.

This collection provides comprehensive wedding planning guidance from start to finish, including vendor recommendations, attendance at all meetings, basic budget guidance, a design strategy, and unlimited email support.
Destination Planning
Our Destination Wedding Collection combines full-service wedding planning with expert travel coordination. We manage hotel room blocks, guest accommodations, transportation logistics, and wedding weekend events to ensure a seamless experience for you and your guests.
