“Napa Valley wedding with delicious food”

CIA at Greystone was the perfect wedding location for Katie and Sam’s Napa Valley wedding. Between the modern beams in the barrel room, and the organic vines at the ceremony, their cool energy carried throughout the day. As Napa Wedding planners our favorite element was the lush greenery covering the cross beams with their neon sign. It was a statement piece to say the least and was loved by all. Katie and Sam wanted to incorporate personal elements throughout the wedding. They brought in a dessert bar with all of their favorite cookies, candies, and treats. The tables were featured with personalized table names and photos from each location they had traveled to as a couple. The small touches were the perfect way to take a traditional element and make it their own.

The most important detail to Katie and Sam was to enjoy their day and maximize their time with friends and family, and that is exactly what they did. From the start of the day to the end of the wedding Katie and Sam were present for every moment. Not missing a beat even on the dance floor! Katie even choreographed the Parent Trap handshake with her Dad. This was a huge hit with everyone and a memory that will last a lifetime.
