“An intentionally planned italian wedding”

Ashley and Travis live on the East Coast and it was so fun getting to plan their wedding with them virtually. We talked and texted almost daily about ideas she had and how we could execute them. Ashley was so detail oriented, every little detail of their wedding had a reason and a backstory. For instance, she had Italian confetti almonds to honor her Italian heritage as well as olive tree seedlings to honor their love for plants and Italy. We had the seedlings shipped to my house where I had to water and tend to them for 10 days before their wedding -no pressure! I was stressed about keeping those things alive more than anything!

Couples often ask if dance lessons are necessary. They aren’t necessary, but it can be a fun way to spend some time with your fiance while perfecting a skill. Let me preface by saying dance lessons aren’t only for people who”can’t” dance. Ashley could dance! In fact, she was actually a ballerina.  They took lessons because they wanted to do a Waltz for their first dance, and she wanted it to be breathtaking. And let me tell you – it was breathtaking.

Top Three Favorite Things:

  1. The entertainment

  2. The live painter

  3. The brides fashion. It was incredible
