June 2022 | Greek orthodox Church

“A marriage of traditions”

This wedding was more than just a marriage of Beverly + Harrison, it was a marriage of their families as well. Both sides wanted to incorporate cultural traditions and the couple did a spectacular job with blending them together. Harrison and his family are members of the Greek Orthodox Church and decided that they wanted to have the ceremony and reception at the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church. Beverly is Chinese with family history in Hawaii. Her dream was for a Chinese design with a tropical twist.

With authentic Chinese cuisine, paper fans at each setting, chinoiserie vases, and hanging lanterns along the string lights, this wedding was beaming with their dream design. All of their family and friends danced the night away under the stars to music from both cultures and ended the evening with a sparkler sendoff.

Top Three Favorite Things:

  1. The chinese dinner
