“Romantic Neutral Fall Wedding with an Epic Wedding Reception Party”

Lindsay + Shane are one of the most darling couples we’ve ever had a chance to plan for! They are both so in love, so happy and SO FUN!!! When it came to planning their wedding they specifically hired our team to curate a wedding design that was romantic + soft, but included some bold choices. The bride and groom both leaned toward neutral color palettes and absolutely loved texture–a wedding planner’s dream!!! 

Creating the overall design with Lindsay + Shane was effortless. The organic, modern design you see reflected in the photos were all easy choices!! We spent a day sifting through rentals at Encore Events Rentals and an afternoon at the ever lovely BBJ showroom. Each design decision built on the next and before we knew it we had a beautiful curated wedding that was swoonworthy. 

Next to the design, Lindsay + Shane wanted to throw an epic wedding weekend. This included hosting a champagne tasting after the rehearsal and a halloween party the day after the wedding!! These two know fun of epic proportions. The reception had to be a PARTY! We kicked if off with a shot wall seating chart. Each guest was given a shot to find their seat! We followed dinner with an epic reception in the Barrel Room. We made sure no fun was missed– we included a mini Crumbl cookie bar,, a champagne tower, a beer tower for Shane and his boys, CO2 guns, a custom espresso + affogato cart and of course, a dance floor that was jammed packed all night.
