With the help of Curated by Grace + White, Carneros wedding planner, Alexa and Nick planned a wedding that embodied simple luxury. Their vision was to create an intimate and elegant celebration that embraced the beauty of Carneros without feeling overly formal or extravagant.

A Napa Wedding Focused on Relaxation and Romance

Unlike traditional evening weddings, Alexa and Nick wanted an early afternoon wedding that allowed them to savor the day at a slower, more intentional pace. The ceremony took place at 2:30pm, with a relaxed reception that ended at 8:30pm perfect for enjoying the serene landscape of Carneros Resort and Spa without feeling rushed.

Rather than a high-energy party, Alexa envisioned a refined and intimate gathering where guests could take in the beauty of Napa’s vineyards, indulge in a thoughtfully curated meal, and celebrate love in a relaxed, meaningful way.

Since Carneros Resort and Spa offers stunning natural scenery and upscale amenities, we leaned into its existing design elements, using decor to enhance the overall aesthetic. This approach allowed the beauty of the venue to shine while keeping the atmosphere effortless luxurious.

To elevate the space, we incorporated lush florals that brought warmth and depth to the setting. Soft, romantic blooms added a touch of elegance to the ceremony soace, cocktail hour lounge, and dinner tables. Every detail was designed to reflect Alexa and Nick’s love.

A Dream Day in Wine Country

Throughout the celebration, Alexa and Nick were completely smitten with one another. They embraced every moment, from their vows to cocktail hour where guests sipped wine and took in the rolling vineyard views.
