A magical wedding weekend in oregon

When Bella and Greg dreamed up their wedding, they envisioned an intimate affair at Greg’s family estate nestled in the beautiful Oregon mountains. They hired destination wedding planner, Curated by Grace and White to bring that vision to life. Little did they know that this magical weekend would involve overcoming not only typical wedding-day logistics but also historic wildfires sweeping through the region. Despite the challenges, Bella and Greg’s love and the resilience of everyone involved turned their wedding into a weekend filled with warmth, joy, and unforgettable memories.

The celebrations began with a lively welcome party, where friends and family from near and far gathered to kick off the weekend in style. With laughter filling the air and everyone mingling under a beautiful Oregon sky, it set the tone for the days to come. Guests enjoyed locally inspired cocktails, a delicious spread of hors d’oeuvres, a lively band and the chance to reconnect after months of anticipation. Guests where invited to glamp for the weekend on the property, with delicious food and fun activities.

Bella and Greg’s wedding took place under a stunning sailcloth tent, perfectly suited to the natural beauty of the family estate. As guests entered the tent, they were greeted by an elegant design featuring lush greenery, timeless floral arrangements, and soft lighting that cast a warm glow over the celebration. Bella wore a classic gown that took everyone’s breath away, while Greg looked dapper in a tailored.

The ceremony was heartfelt, with words that brought tears to many guests’ eyes. Bella and Greg’s love was palpable, as they exchanged rings and sealed their vows with a kiss, everyone could feel the power of love prevailing over all obstacles.

The celebrations didn’t end with the wedding night. On Sunday,  a post-wedding brunch to give everyone a chance to unwind, reminisce, and soak in the memories of the previous day. Fresh coffee, an array of pastries, and savory options kept everyone satisfied as they recounted their favorite moments. The brunch was a relaxed affair that allowed everyone to say goodbye, albeit reluctantly, after a truly special weekend.

The logistics of Bella and Greg’s wedding were nothing short of a miracle. With wildfires complicating travel plans, each guest’s arrival felt like a small victory, a testament to the love and support surrounding this couple.  As a destination wedding planner, I can say this beautiful wedding had a lot of logistical obsticals. Despite the uncertainties and challenges, everyone came together, and the weekend unfolded just as Bella and Greg had hoped: full of love, laughter, and beauty.
