Inspired by the Sonoma Valley…hues of lilac, and hints of deep red…we put together a styled shoot with a look that could easily transcend from winter season into spring.Being lucky enough to live in beautiful Northern California, we staged this shoot against the lush vineyards and green rolling hills of the Sonoma Valley.  The venue was the most perfect stark white barrel barn.  Nothing says Sonoma like open space and golden sunlight.  The Barn at Tyge William Cellars Cornerstone was the epitome of wine country. We wanted to create a balance of romantic meets edgy by mixing classic mid-century elements like brass and tarnished silver candlesticks, with modern agate slices and subtle hints of geometrics. The most vital part of any shoot is the collaboration of vendors.  We couldn’t have had a better team to work with on this shoot.  Each and every vendor understood exactly what vision we had in mind for styling and design.  They were a group of insanely talented women who executed each detail flawlessly. To top it off, we had a couple with amazing chemistry whose love for one another was so genuine and real. They showed up ready to have fun and with great energy.  Throw in some classic 90’s rap as our soundtrack for the day, and we were set.The bride changed looks halfway through and both dresses exuded elegance and romanticism. The table setting was simple and airy with dark elements.  We paired cream linen napkins and scalloped ivory plates against dark wood.  For florals, there was flowing greenery combined with dark and light colors for a bohemian feel.  We added silk ribbons to bring in texture and elegance. We are so excited about how this shoot turned out and we can’t wait to share this wedding inspiration with brides and industry vendors!Bloomers Floral Design | Miosa Bridal | Barn at Tyge Williams | Ramekins Culinary School | Dogwood Party Rentals | Maple + Moss | Bloom Invites | Jennifer Clapp Photography
