Fundraisers require many different steps and guidelines to get it done correctly so you can raise the most money possible. Every fundraising event needs a budget plan, a complete list of all the expenses that will be required to hold the event. The budget will need to include venue, catering, entertainment, security, decorations, and anything else that will be required to make the event successful. Now it is very important that the budget takes into account your fundraising goal this way you raise that amount above and beyond all your expenses. Like any other event you plan there are always unforeseen costs, so make sure you allow a little wiggle room in the budget for those extras that pop up.
**Obviously you will want to try to get as many services donated as you can, but on the initial budget plan add them in. That way if you end up getting it donated it is extra money for your charity.
