Aubrey came recommended from a friend, who had a similarly wonderful experience with her. I am type A, and Aubrey had the perfect balance of commanding all of the details while remaining calm and collected. When I would get overwhelmed or frustrated, she would pull an Olivia Pope style “it’s handled” and I never had to deal with the issue again. She provided suggestions and advice about every aspect of the wedding. On the day of the wedding, I had 1,000 paper cranes to hang around the wedding venue, and Aubrey and her team came up with creative ways to utilize them all. I was particularly impressed with how everything came together the day of the wedding – Aubrey handled all of the coordination so that I could simply enjoy the day.

I live in Seattle but had my wedding in Sacramento, and Aubrey was particularly great at helping me plan my wedding remotely. She even scheduled a meeting with me in Seattle while she was on vacation here! That’s how attentive she is. I could not have asked for a better wedding planner and I have complete confidence that if you hire her, you will as happy as I am.

Curated’s info was given to me by a friend (specifically Sara’s) right when I got engaged and it was the BEST decision I made for planning my wedding. Sara planned our entire wedding for almost 2 years and I could not have done a single thing without her. Hiring a planner was daunting to me because I knew it would be a long term relationship but after a few visits with Sara she immediately caught onto our vibe as a couple and what our vision was for our wedding. She is incredibly supportive and personable and made all of our dreams and ideas into a reality. Her and the curated team handled literally EVERYTHING from communication/booking vendors, keeping me on track with billing, keeping me on track with deadlines, all the way down to picking up my wedding dress & handling every single detail the day of. When I say every detail I mean every single detail that I would have never thought of. I didn’t have to use my brain for our entire wedding weekend because I trusted this team and knew everything would get done exactly how we planned it. The experience we had with Sara and the curated team was truly PRICELESS and something I would recommend 1,000 times over to anyone looking for a wedding planner. I am so grateful for our time spent with Sara, she truly made our wedding the most memorable experience of our lives!

Hannah with Curated by Grace + White was an absolutely wonderful wedding planner/coordinator and designer. She was there from start to finish and was extremely patient with my husband as he took his time deciding on the cake bakery, flavors and design. Hannah would answer all of my texts promptly, in the morning, in the evening you name it, she was there. Our wedding was beautiful and it was the day that I had always dreamed of. The out of this world flowers, tables, chairs, DJ, Photobooth were all stunning. Thanks to Hannah, my husband and I were able to fully enjoy our day without a worry in the world.

Exceeded expectations! The team at Curated by Grace + White truly knows what it takes to start with a bride and groom’s dream and vision for their wedding day and bring it to fruition with their experience and expertise. My daughter had originally been looking at all-inclusive venues in town. None of them thrilled her but working full time, she thought it would make her life easier. I had fallen in love with an outdoor venue and she appeased me with taking a drive to Cavaignac Estates in Walnut Grove to see it. She liked it more than she wanted to and her fiancé shared in my excitement for the property so my daughter gave in and agreed to take on the task of taking basically a beautiful but blank slate and creating their dream wedding. The natural beauty offers so much but the details have to be brought in, from silverware and bars to an outdoor kitchen. She is creative is it was exciting but there were two conditions. She wanted a tent, because weather can’t be controlled, and she wanted to work with a planner. After several meetings with local planners she instantly knew when she spoke with Aubrey from Curated by G+W that she was the one she wanted to guide her through the next year. It was the best decision ever! Aubrey is the best! She has such a calm, calming and easy going demeanor when working with her clients that it feels she must work some kind of magic with all she gets done in the day. There were questions and requests coming at her left at right from us, day and night, especially as the wedding date got near, and she kept everything on track without missing a thing. It really was impressive. For mothers and daughters going through wedding planning together, it’s a beautiful time yet there will be differences in opinions and that can create conflict. I felt like, with Aubrey there to be a source of reassurance and support and past experiences, she was able to gently help with guiding us past the silly stuff to get to the good things. One thing I really appreciated was her honesty. I never felt like she tried to get us to go in the direction to spend more money. In fact I had a last minute request to add some detail to the tent because draping was so expensive and she found a solution that added an element of beauty but was less than I told her I would be willing to spend. That was so appreciated. She would give her opinion -agree or disagree-on what would create the aesthetic my daughter and her fiancé were going for, but she would also offer solutions on how to get there in the most efficient way. Save money here but spend it there, etc, for the most memorable experience. On the day of the wedding, we had zero stress because Aubrey and her team were there quietly handling anything and everything that could have gone wrong. We were left to have the most amazing day with our daughter and our friends and family. That was priceless. When at the end of spending the amount that a big wedding costs, you can wake up the next day and say it was perfect and you don’t regret a single thing, it’s the highest high. Aubrey truly is gifted in her ability to bring a vision to life and when even my husband is singing her praises after the wedding and describing her as amazing, it’s clear she is special.

I don’t even know where to start. Hiring Sara to help me plan my wedding (during COVID) was the best decision I ever made. She was always available to answer all my questions, immediately understood my vision, and was just always kind and helpful. On my wedding day, we had the biggest storm Napa has ever seen, and she had every shit storm thrown at her, but she handled it so well to the point where I had no idea what was going on. I would hire her over and over again and will recommend her to everyone I know. I’ve also made a lifelong friend through this process, one that should be stressful but she made it fun and did everything in her power to make sure I had the best day possible. This girl goes above and beyond for not just the bride, but the bridal party, the mother of the bride, and the other vendors. Don’t look further!!!

Also, check out her bridal boutique Grace + White in Sacramento. I got my gown from there and it could not have been a better experience!

I was a Curated by Grace + White bride in June 2022 and cannot recommend this team enough. After interviewing multiple Napa wedding planners, I booked Mary Hicks with Curated in 2020. Not only is she super sweet and personable, she gets $hit done! She helped execute my vision with ease. Due to a family emergency, Mary couldn’t be there on the day of my wedding but in her place I received the services of the owner Sara plus a few other team members including Rachael. These ladies provided me with the most stress free, peaceful, beautiful day! As with any wedding, little things went wrong here and there but they handled it with such confidence and professionalism. It takes a certain type of person to do this job! A few examples being fixing my flowers and my dress when the beading got stuck. Comes in handy to have a team who also owns a bridal boutique! I seriously adore this company and their team and could not recommend them enough! Mary will be someone I keep in touch with forever.
