A Romantic Fall Wedding at Olympia’s Valley Estate

Elissa and Bill brought on Curated by Grace + White as their Olympia’s Valley wedding planner just a few months before their celebration in fall 2022. With a short planning window, our team moved quickly to design a day that felt effortless, personal, and full of seasonal beauty.

Olympia’s Valley Estate offered the perfect backdrop, and photographer Ryan Greenleaf captured every detail. The ceremony took place beside the estate’s peaceful pond, framed by willow trees. Guests then enjoyed cocktail hour behind the charming white Victorian farmhouse before dinner in the warm, rustic barn.

As their Olympia’s Valley wedding planner, we leaned into the rich tones of the season. Fall foliage inspired the entire color palette, from the custom paper goods to the florals. The barn glowed with arrangements in shades of maroon, burnt orange, and soft pink. Copper flatware and ivory stoneware completed the cozy, countryside tablescape. The live band kept the energy high well into the night, wrapping up a perfect autumn evening in Sonoma County.
